Caulfield Jumpouts - Tuesday November 28

  • Seven Jumpouts from Caulfield
  • Three horses for the Blackbook

There was a total of Seven Jumpouts from Caulfield on Tuesday Morning and we’ve watched them all, picking out the best Blackbookers. We’ve selected three that we think can win very soon.

Jump Out 1: 800m - 45.97sec
The most Impressive Jumpout of the Morning here at Caulfield came from the Colin Scott-trained FABULONH. The five-year-old Gelding jumped straight to the front and the further they went, the further he was in front. Fabulonh won the Jumpout by approximately six-lengths and was under no riding doing so. The most impressive aspect was the time. 45.97 seconds was by far the quickest time of the morning, with the second quickest being 47.28 seconds. He hasn’t won for over a year, but if this Jumpout is any indication, we should be seeing him winning soon at hopefully a nice price.

Jump Out 5: 800m - 47.47sec
The unraced galloper DAVIDBOOM was in the Blackbook from his Jumpout here at Caulfield two weeks ago and again caught the eye here. Incidentally, Fabulonh was also in the Blackbook from two week ago, indicating both horses are still going very well. Davidboom was again only asked to do things under his own steam, picking up ground on the first two runners who were both under hard riding. He made really nice ground late and I suggest he’ll be better over more ground. One to follow.

Jump Out 6: 800m - 48.62sec
Only four unraced gallopers in the Jumpout and it was clearly the Henry Dwyer-trained runner SOLO FLIGHT that dominated the Jumpout. Solo Flight began ok and looked green early before being taken to the lead with about 300m remaining. He looked to show a terrific turn of foot, burning off his rivals and drawing away to win by approximately seven lengths. Solo Flight couldn’t have been more impressive and is bred for speed. He looks ready to win on debut.

Blackbookers:

Jumpout 1: FABULONH
Jumpout 5: DAVIDBOOM
Jumpout 6: SOLO FLIGHT
