Group One-winning juvenile Awzaan could return to the track at Haydock on Saturday week as Mark Johnston looks to ease the superstar back into action.

The three-year-old never tasted defeat last season, landing the Mill Reef Stakes and the Middle Park Stakes at Newmarket in a thoroughly impressive debut season on the racecourse.
However, Johnston’s star was a huge disappointment on his seasonal reappearance in the 2000 Guineas and he has not been seen since May.
"At the moment we're trying to get him turned out for a Listed race at Haydock on September 4," said Johnston.
"The sooner we can get him back the better, but we have also left him in the Park Stakes at Doncaster (September 11), just in case he wasn't ready for Haydock.
"The Haydock race would be a nice introduction for him, with the QEII at Ascot the long-term target."
