Are you having a 'glorious' Goodwood or has it been a struggle? It doesn't much easier on the final day but the following insights might point you in the right direction.
1:55 Play Britain´s Got Talent Bingo At Meccabingo.com Stakes (Handicap) 1m3f
Plenty of progressive three-year-olds to sift through here, including Ladbrokes' 4/1 favourite Rock N Roll Ransom, who is chasing a hat-trick after wins in a 1m maiden at Nottingham and in a Salisbury handicap over the same trip. He's stepping up in trip here but there is plenty of stamina on his dam's side and I'd be more concerned about his 7lb rise for his latest win, while the second didn't do much to advertise the form when well beaten at Newmarket last Saturday.
He's a favourite to take on and the Mark Johnston-trained WADNAAN (5/1 Paddy Power)looks the one to be on now he's hit top form. Granted, it wasn't much of a race he won at Beverley on Tuesday but he won easing down by 10 lengths and looks well-in here under a 6lb penalty. Johnston's horses take their races well so I'm not at all concerned about him turning out again so quickly and if Frankie Dettori is gifted an easy lead, the other horses in the race might not see him for dust!

Johnston could also be on the mark here with Friday's Totesport Mile winner Sea Lord, who has been left in the race at the overnight stage. His participation must be in some doubt, though, and that could pave the way for TREADWELL (4/1 bet365) to follow up his victory in the Buckingham Palace Handicap over 7f last time. After finishing runner-up on his two previous starts, everything went right for him at Royal Ascot and after coming with a late surge, he put his nose in front on the line. He's stepping up in class here but that's compensated by the 1m trip, which should suit him even better.
3:05 Blue Square Nassau Stakes (Group 1) (Fillies & Mares) 1m1f192y
Midday is top class over this trip as she showed when winning last year's Nassau Stakes (on unsuitably soft ground) and the Breeder's Cup Filly & Mare Turf last November. Reportedly working well of late, she sets a high standard here and will be tough to beat.
She's readily preferred to Stacelita (7/2 Sportingbet), who is officially the best horse in the race but is better with give underfoot (most unlikely) and is not guaranteed to act on the track. ROSANARA (4/1 Skybet) could be more troublesome, though. She looked a world beater when winning the Prix Marcel Boussac last autumn and has clearly trained on judged by her efforts in this season's French Classics. After finishing a charging fourth in the 1000 Guineas, she found only her unbeaten stablemate Sarafina too good in the Oaks on ground that would have been softer than ideal. I suspect she may prove to be better over further in time but ground conditions should be ideal here (if the forecast is right) and the three-year-old weight allowance she receives can prove decisive.

It's always having at least two horses running for you in this annual cavalry charge and my two against the field are JOHANNES (16/1 bet365), who has had this race as his main target all season having won last year's consolation race, and RILEYSKEEPINGFAITH (12/1 Ladbrokes), who made Genki pull out all the stops last time for a neck success at Haydock and now meets the winner on 5lb better terms. I also thought he ran a blinder in the Wokingham (11th of 27) from a bad draw and there will be no similar excuses this time as he's perfectly positioned in stall 15 - the last three winners were drawn 10,11 and 14.
